This place is horrible. We ordered food and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes for pickup. We got there and waited another 30 minutes for it. The people there were rude. We returned to work(5 minutes away) and started to eat. Several items were missing and what we had was cold. We called and spoke with the manager who hung up on us. All we wanted was the food that we paid for. She told us that she had checked the order herself and knew it was right and pretty much called us liars. This is the last time any of us will ever eat here or order from here.

We normally get our food to go and order it in advance. The service is good. The salad bar is fresh i love their vegetables on the salad bar. The dressings are fresh. They have a good variety. Ruby Tuesday has some new items to choose from I recommend for dining in or to go.

There is ZERO evidence of anyone managing this place today. No one was on duty as greeter/seater. Window blind laying on divider wall. Very bad service. Food coming out of the kitchen haphazardly. It’s a mess!
